Paul Harrell, a renowned firearms expert, Second Amendment advocate, and gun dad of the internet, reportedly passed away this week at the age of 58. He posthumously released a pre-recorded YouTube video to announce the conclusion of his protracted battle with pancreatic cancer.
Harrell sits on a felled tree in a wooded area and shares the disheartening news that his health has deteriorated and he fears the end is nigh in the video, which he gave the no-nonsense title “I’m Dead.”
He is observed leaning on a crutch on the tree to his left, which he claims he uses as a consequence of a fractured hip he sustained during the disease’s attack on his bones.
According to him, the video was captured on December 20, 2017.
Over the course of twelve years, Harrell expanded his YouTube channel into a comprehensive educational resource that encompassed a wide range of topics, including product reviews and firearms safety information.
He also addressed some of the cultural concerns surrounding the Second Amendment.
