According to a new report, Bam Margera was reportedly taken into custody on Wednesday after he reportedly yelled at a lady as she was dining at a Thai restaurant in Burbank, California.
As the tension between Margera and another lady reached a boiling point, he was in the middle of a meal with his ex-wife Nicole Boyd and his son, who is 5 years old.
It was around 3:45 in the afternoon when police arrived at the location and attempted to de-escalate the situation. Nevertheless, it was alleged that Margera continued to rant at a woman.
It is not clear whether Margera was shouting at Boyd or whether there was another woman engaged in the incident.
According to reports, Margera was taken into custody by the police on the charge of misdemeanor public drunkenness.
Margera, the famous actor and former star of “Jackass,” was taken from the restaurant by police and people close to the issue stated he was saw sitting on the sidewalk while involved in what seemed to be a very angry debate with one of the police officers who responded to the call.
Margera has made headlines for his struggles with alcohol and drugs in recent years.
