Beyonce Gives Harris Permission to Use Her Song for Presidential Campaign

Posted on July 23, 2024

DeSantis reportedly emphasized the state’s successful recruitment initiative, which provides a $5,000 incentive to individuals who are either new to law enforcement or are relocating to Florida to pursue a career in the field.

Beyoncé has not explicitly endorsed Harris for president; however, she has a history of supporting Democratic candidates.

In 2013, she sang the national anthem at the inauguration of President Barack Obama, and in 2016, she collaborated with her husband, Jay-Z, to perform at a pre-election concert for Hillary Clinton.

Biden was also publicly endorsed by Beyoncé prior to the 2020 election.

After she and Biden won the election in 2020, Harris walked out to Mary J. Blige’s 2007 song “Work That” for her victory speech.
