Texas Christian University (TCU) and George Washington University (GWU) squared off on December 5, with the Horned Frogs defeating the Colonials 70-58.
However, soon events went beyond mere basketball when two players suddenly began a fist fight on court.
TCU forward Bella Cravens was enraged when she supposedly felt GW’s Essence Brown had yanked her hair, and she rushed up to Brown and shoved her. The actual games started thereafter, with both Cravens and Brown throwing punches at each other on the court.
But even before the play finished and the brawl erupted, you could see Brown pulling Cravens’ hair as they wrestled for the ball.
