Posted on August 15, 2023

Between 2016 and 2021, Alex Collins was a running back for the Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. He has reportedly now passed away. He was only 28 years old.

On Monday night, remarks on Collins’ passing were made by the Ravens and their head coach, John Harbaugh.

The Seattle Seahawks claimed to be “heartbroken.”

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Collins was killed in a motorbike accident near Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. According to officials, the collision happened on Sunday night at about 10:20 p.m. local time.

According to early inquiry findings, Collins was on a motorbike when he collided with an SVU that was turning left, according to officials.

Collins’ demise was confirmed on the spot.

According to officials, the SUV’s driver stayed on the site and assisted the police. Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.

Before the Seahawks chose him in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, Collins was a star running back at Arkansas. Before eventually joining the Ravens, he spent his first season playing for Seattle.

Before re-signing with Seattle, he played in Baltimore for two seasons. After the 2021 season, he left the league, and in 2023, he played in the USFL.
