Actor Zachery Ty Bryan, known for his role in “Home Improvement,” is now said to be facing a serious charge following his arrest for driving under the influence in February.
In recently filed legal documents, it has been revealed that the renowned actor is facing charges of driving under the influence, having accumulated three or more prior offenses within the span of a single decade.
According to the felony complaint, Bryan initially declined to take a sobriety test during a traffic stop.
However, subsequent investigation revealed that his blood alcohol level was 0.15, which is almost double the legal limit.
According to court documents, the young actor was reportedly involved in a collision on the same night as his arrest for driving under the influence.
According to their claims, Bryan’s accident allegedly caused property damage and they accuse him of not stopping at the scene.
The renowned actor refrained from disclosing his identity and contact information at the moment of the incident.
If Bryan is found guilty of the charges brought against him, he may be sentenced to a maximum of 3 years in prison.
