Ronald Acua Jr. of the Atlanta Braves was reportedly knocked to the ground during the commotion on Monday night, as shown on video, by two fans who rushed the field.
On Monday, the Braves defeated the Colorado Rockies 14-4, but not before their star outfielder and two irrational fans got into an odd situation at the opening of the bottom of the seventh.
Before the seventh inning began, the Braves had a 9-4 advantage. The first fan can be seen in the video rushing onto the field where Acua was standing. Before security arrived and started peeling him off Acua, the person seemed to hug the right fielder.
At that point, the second spectator sprinted onto the field, colliding with Acua and the security personnel and sending the outfielder to the ground.
