After a tremendous win over the Denver Broncos on Monday, Los Angeles Chargers kicker Dustin Hopkins expressed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
According to ESPN, Hopkins claimed that his Christian faith was a driving force in his perseverance while suffering from a hamstring ailment.
In his post-win interview, Hopkins praised Jesus.
Hopkins opened his conversation by praising Christ and appreciating everything in his life for which he is grateful.
Hopkins hurt his hamstring during the first half of the game against the Broncos, according to the site.

Every time he stepped up to kick, the agony seemed like a stabbing.
According to ESPN, his four field goals helped the Chargers defeat the Broncos 19-16. The Chargers’ victory improved their record to 4-2 on the season.
