On August 11, Ángel Salazar, the actor from “Scarface,” reportedly passed away in his sleep at the age of 68.
The famous actor was most recognized for his portrayal as Al Pacino’s sidekick, Chi Chi, in the epic gangster drama. Salazar’s representative and longtime friend, Ann Wingsong, announced his death.

Wingsong said that Salazar had stayed overnight at a friend’s house in Brooklyn, where his body was later discovered in bed later on Sunday morning. His official cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Wingsong went on to say that Salazar had cardiac troubles, which could have contributed to the star’s death.
Fans of “Scarface” recall his legendary part in the 1983 picture, notably the well-known sequence in which Chi Chi saves Pacino’s character, Tony Montana.
