Serena Williams publicly condemned a luxurious hotel in Paris for refusing to grant her family access to its rooftop restaurant.
On Monday, the renowned tennis player took to Twitter to criticize The Peninsula Hotel.
The 42-year-old actress ensured that she included a photograph of the hotel’s sign in her post, thereby emphasizing to her followers that she was targeting them for the incident.
Dear Mrs. Williams,
Please accept our deepest apologies for the disappointment you encountered tonight.
Unfortunately, our rooftop bar was indeed fully booked and the only unoccupied tables you saw belonged to our gourmet restaurant, L’Oiseau Blanc, which was fully reserved.— The Peninsula Paris (@peninsulaparis) August 5, 2024
