Posted on November 28, 2022

Tiger Woods, 46, said on Monday that he will not play in the next Hero World Challenge event, which will be held in Albany, Bahamas, due to an injury incurred while training.

Every year, Woods hosts the Hero World Challenge, which allows a select number of top-ranked golf players to participate while raising funds for the Tiger Woods Foundation.

The event field includes the most recent winners of the four major PGA tournaments.
