According to new documents obtained by TMZ, it appears wife Gisele Bundchen has now officially filed for divorce from Tom Brady.
The document reportedly claims that their marriage is now ‘irretrievably broken.’
he documents include two diplomas indicating that Tom and Gisele attended a “Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course.”
According to the documents, both Tom and Gisele have been restored to the status of being single and unmarried by the judge overseeing the case.
Tom is not challenging the divorce, which Bündchen filed in Florida on Friday morning.
During the majority of October, Tom and Gisele’s attorneys hammered out a settlement and achieved an agreement on property and child custody.
The settlement agreement was also submitted with the court, but it will remain private.
