Actor Paul Grant, reportedly known for his roles in “Star Wars” and “Harry Potter,” passed away at the age of 56.
On Thursday, the police discovered him in a prostrate state outside of the London railway station known as Kings’ Cross Station.
Grant was transported to the hospital, where doctors determined that he had no brain activity.
On Sunday, his family came to the conclusion that it was best to cut off his life support system.
The role of an Ewok he played in the film “Return of the Jedi,” in which he also appeared with Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill, brought the actor the most of his fame.
Grant had a difficult time controlling his use of substances, notably booze and cocaine. After divorcing his wife and falling further and farther into addiction, the actor decided to go public with his struggle in 2014.
Dwyer, a son, and two daughters and a son survive him.
