Posted on November 10, 2022

“Survivor” competitor Roger Sexton has died… after a long battle with dementia.

Roger died towards the end of October at the home of his daughter and son-in-law in Walla Walla, Washington, surrounded by family and caregivers.

According to his obituary, he died after “a gallant and heroic struggle with Lewy Body Dementia”

Roger was in the Tambaqui tribe during the sixth season of the reality competition series, and swiftly rose to the position of team commander.

Roger survived a total of 21 days in the Amazon before being caught off guard by the opposing tribe, which caused some members of his own squad to turn against him.
